Business Development and Operations Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Operations Coordinator to fill a key position within our organization.
A successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, ensuring accurate work scopes, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have proficient computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate schedules with technicians and Team Leaders to ensure productivity targets are met on time.
* Ensure accurate and quality work scopes so our technicians can carry out high-level servicing efficiently.
* Liaise and have strong customer service to ensure client needs are met promptly.
* Deal with inquiries in a timely manner and follow up as required.
Key Qualifications:
* Previous scheduling or coordinator experience is essential.
* Experience in simPRO Operating System or similar software is highly desirable.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask are crucial.
* High level of computer literacy including all Microsoft Office programs is necessary.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
* Problem-solving ability is vital.
