Overview
Diagnosing faults and repairing heavy diesel trucks; completing servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance. New Builds department – comissioning and builds of a range. Diagnose, service, and repair heavy diesel trucks; carry out scheduled maintenance and inspections. Designated shifts and rostering details are part of the role.
Responsibilities
* Diagnosing faults and repairing heavy diesel trucks
* Carrying out preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
* Diagnose, service, and repair heavy diesel trucks
* Carry out scheduled maintenance and inspections
* Diagnose, service, and repair trucks and trailers
* Carry out dealer-specified custom installations (where applicable)
* Assemble and test equipment to meet specifications (e.g., Caterpillar gear as referenced)
* Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
* Work in a professional, courteous, and skilled manner
* New Builds department – comissioning and builds of a range
* Repair and maintenance of heavy mining equipment (where applicable)
Qualifications
* Relevant Australian Recognised Trade Cert
* Experience with heavy diesel trucks and associated systems
