We are seeking experienced and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our rewarding company in the Geelong area. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them lead independent and fulfilling lives. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities
Provide direct support and care to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and household chores.
Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients' families or guardians.
Implement therapeutic interventions as recommended by healthcare professionals.
Encourage clients' participation in social activities and community integration.
Monitor and document clients' progress toward their goals.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, doctors, nurses, and other support workers to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification highly desirable but not essential for entry-level positions. Relevant experience will be considered.
First Aid/CPR certification preferred but can be obtained upon hiring if necessary.
Driver's license, fully insured car is necessary
