Linx Contents & Restoration Services is a market leader when it comes to insurance restoration services in Australia. As a part of the Bay Building Group which has been operating nationally for 35 years we have specialised in repairs and restoration to domestic and commercial properties damaged through insurable events such as fire storm flood impact and malicious damage.


About the Role

An exciting and rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to give back to the community and be empowered to achieve their best within a supportive and friendly team.

The Project Coordinator works within the Linx SA / WA restoration team providing a high standard of quality service to both customers and clients by engaging trades technicians preparing reports and scopes managing budgets and time frames to ensure the delivery within the client set KPIs.


Key activities include but are not limited to :


Project coordination of small-medium repairs

* Schedule trades / technicians / specialists
* Cost management through claim life and handling of trade invoices
* Focus on KPIs and client agreements
* Collate photos and documents for reports and quotations
* Effectively liaise with stakeholders


Essential Capabilities and Behaviours

Strong verbal and written communication

* Expert organisational and time management skills
* Interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain and build relationships
* Exceptional multitasking abilities
* Ability to thrive in a team
* Strong attention to detail


Desirable Skills (not essential)

* Experience in insurance repair coordination
* Experience with establishing & maintaining long term relationships / accounts

Due to our business being mostly weather related and linked to major insurable events overtime is occasionally required during these event times to assist in the increased workloads.
