You'll be working alongside experienced, supportive colleagues who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.This role specifically covers night shifts.Your focus will be on identifying and responding to resident needs, supporting day-to-day care, and guiding care staff to ensure each resident's care plan is met with compassion and clinical excellence. Your contribution will help improve the lives of our residents and their families in lasting, meaningful ways. This position is for a Night Shift Registered Nurse. Within your varied day, you will: Conduct baseline and required focus assessments of individual clients' needs and record findings within a Positive Wellbeing Model. Develop and review care plans based on assessment findings of individual client needs, ensuring that care strategies are based on evidence. Evaluate the effectiveness of care strategies in consultation with clients, their representatives and other members of the care team. Maintain client documentation in accordance with electronic documentation and organisational and legislative requirements. Liaise and collaborate with internal/external service providers in the provision of services. You bring strong clinical acumen, calm under pressure, and excellent leadership to support and guide personal care workers overnight.You are a Registered Nurse Division One (AHPRA registered) with a demonstrated ability to deliver quality care in a dynamic environment. Your experience and qualifications for the role should include: At least 1-2 years of experience in a residential aged care or similar clinical setting A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Some residential aged care experience. The ability to problem solve using best practice methods and have demonstrated clinical knowledge. High level of professional written and verbal communication. Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
