As a seasoned Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of earthworks projects from initiation to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all construction activities are carried out in compliance with established project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and supervising direct hire supervisors and subcontractors to guarantee adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets;
* Coordinate the performance of installation contractors, track project status, schedule, and cost control while implementing change management systems;
* Collaborate with engineers, clients, and other stakeholders involved in earthwork and foundation projects;
* Plan craft manpower and interface with Industrial Relations for recruitment, hiring, and skills training programs;
* Ensure continuous construction work fronts availability by reviewing lookahead schedules, commodity charts, resource charts, engineering deliverables, material delivery schedules, and other service requirements including sub-contractor submittals;
* Review and approve sub-contractor submittals, technical queries, field change documents, and other technical documents, including drawings and as-built records;
* Maintain effective relationships with functional departments and coordinate all job-site contractual activities;
* Coordinate and monitor interfaces with other work groups.
