Primary Learning Support Assistant Opportunity
We're seeking a dedicated professional to play a vital role in creating an inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
As a Primary Learning Support Assistant, you will be an integral part of our school community and educational team. You will act as a bridge between students and their teacher, helping to foster connections between students and their peers.
By ensuring each student receives the support they need to actively participate in school and class, you'll have the rewarding experience of seeing them achieve milestones they might not have reached on their own.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with learning difficulties in a primary setting
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and other support staff
* Provide administrative support as needed
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Qualifications and Skills:
* Certificate III or Certificate IV in Education Support (or willing to study towards one)
* Passion for supporting students with disabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Administrative and Microsoft Office 365 skills
