Job Title: Personal Care Assistant
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide support and care to clients in their homes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with daily tasks, maintaining independence and comfort at home.
* Perform activities of daily living such as hygiene, dressing and grooming, shopping, transport, and respite care.
* Complete domestic duties within the client's home to ensure a clean, comfortable, safe and secure environment.
* Support clients to meet their social needs.
* Follow work schedules and prioritize key tasks.
* Assist with administering medication within scope.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member and contribute to a positive, client-focused culture.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills to work sensitively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Ability to organize and prioritize your work to meet deadlines.
* Sound verbal and written communication abilities.
* Knowledge of safe food handling and preparation.
