In this role, you'll help our customers navigate and embrace change – from new technologies and systems to improved ways of working – all while minimising disruption and building long-term capability.You'll play a key role in delivering change outcomes across high-impact projects and service improvement initiatives.
You'll work alongside experienced delivery teams, technical specialists, and business leaders to bring change in a way that sticks.What you'll be doing:Leading change planning and delivery across multiple enterprise IT projects.Developing and executing change strategies, plans, and artefacts aligned to project goals and organisational readiness.Engaging with project sponsors, leaders, and SMEs to drive awareness, training, and adoption.Conducting impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and resistance management planning.Supporting communication, training, and sponsor activation efforts.Measuring change success and identifying opportunities for improvement.Helping to build internal change capability and promote a consistent, strategic approach to change across projects.About you:You're a self-driven Change Manager who thrives in complex environments and knows how to bring people along the change journey.
You've got:3–5+ years' experience delivering enterprise IT change using structured change management methodologies.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills – especially with technical teams, leaders, and end users.Comfortable working across multiple concurrent initiatives, while maintaining clarity and focus.Confident in engaging with C-level stakeholders and articulating the organisational benefits of change.A track record of creating and executing change plans, training programs, and communication strategies that drive adoption.PROSCI certification is preferred, though other relevant change management certifications will also be considered.Experience supporting security, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects (desirable but not essential).How to apply:If you think we're your kind of company, click on the 'Apply Now' button.
