About the Role
You will be at the forefront of creating engaging video content for all digital platforms including social media, collaborating with design and performance teams. This role involves collaborating and managing the entire video production process, from conceptualisation to final edit, ensuring content aligns with marketing and strategic objectives. You must have experience producing and filming social media content and working on set, directing talent, capturing a variety of angles and delivering clean, organised footage that editors can finalise into performing social content.
* Conceptualise, plan, and execute video projects from start to finish.
* Film short-form content for Meta, TikTok and YouTube shorts
* Direct and coach talent, creators, internal teams on set
* Capture strong coverage: variations, hooks, cutaways, product detail shorts, reactions, lifestyle moments
* Create content that is scroll-stopping
* Run shoots with a production agency mind-set
* Manage and wrangle footage cleanly
* Contribute to scripting and shoot planning
* Operate and manage professional video, camera, audio, and lighting equipment.
* Edit and produce polished videos using Adobe (Premiere Pro, Media Encoder) or Da Vinci Resolve.
* Collaborate across departments to meet project goals.
* Stay updated on industry trends and social media platforms.
Skills & Experience
* Tertiary qualification in video production, media, or a related field.
* 5+ years experience in videography production in various settings.
* Strong filming and directing skills with real on-set experience (doing social media content)
* Strong understanding of social media content production
* Digital marketing, paid social, conversion creative experience and understanding (highly desirable)
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud AND/OR Da Vinci Resolve.
* Strong understanding of digital video production workflows and trends.
* Excellent storytelling, organisational, and project management skills.
