Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. This key leadership role is responsible for managing daily service delivery, coordinating staff, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and supporting overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, including service quality, customer engagement, and staff performance.
* Lead, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members.
* Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, health, safety and licensing regulations.
* Manage rostering, inventory ordering, and operational reporting.
* Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a hospitality management role (restaurant/café).
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
* Proven customer service focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with rostering, budgeting and team supervision.
* Hospitality qualification (preferred but not essential).
Requirements
* Must have legal right to work in Australia.
* Good working knowledge of hospitality systems and point-of-sale software.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster a positive team culture.
