Learn more on dxc.com Licensing Manager – Enterprise Application Services Provide licensing support across all Enterprise Application Services (EAS) practices in ANZ, including Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, and Oracle.
The Software Licensing Manager is responsible for leading an offshore team of five, managing end-to-end processes for quoting, pricing, order management, Statements of Account (SOA), and payments for all client license transactions across SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce (SFDC), and Microsoft.
This portfolio is valued at approximately USD 20M.
The role involves strategic planning, vendor relationship management, license tracking, and close collaboration with Sales, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure accurate records and compliance.
Responsibilities: ·Manage and track software renewal processes for clients.
·Initiate vendor quotes and coordinate with the Sales team to issue quotes to clients.
·Ensure acceptance of quotes, order placement with vendors, and downstream invoicing.
·Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams to address licensing needs and compliance requirements.
·Maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
·Drive process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.
Requirements and Skills: ·Proven experience in software licensing, asset management, or procurement.
·Strong understanding of software licensing models (perpetual, subscription, SaaS).
·Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
·High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
·Ability to interpret complex licensing agreements and contractual terms.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce reporting tools.
·Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
·Ability to work collaboratively across IT, Finance, and Procurement teams.
