One of our reputable clients within the state government sector is currently seeking an experienced Property Leasing Administrator to join their team located in Blackburn North for an ASAP start.

**REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS**
- Experience in the use of real estate information management systems.
- Attention to detail using appropriate checking processes to ensure information is recorded accurately.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal and influencing skills to gain the cooperation of others in achieving positive outcomes and the ability to modify styles and techniques to accommodate tasks, situations, and individuals.
- Conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills to effectively establish the priority and scheduling of work tasks and projects to ensure work priorities are completed on time
- An understanding of the organisation's role and function and the impact of the real estate management function on strategic outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Lease administration experience highly regarded.
- Required to possess a current Victorian Driver Licence.

**SPECIFIC DUTIES**
- Initiate improvements to procedures and practices within the Leasing unit.
- Adapt theoretical knowledge based on practical experience and/or understanding of current issues in the field.
- Applies understanding of inter-relationships between stakeholders and/or other work units to achieve Leasing unit objectives.
- Provide guidance for others in the work area and/ or related areas.
- Assess and respond to policy and process changes in the work area.
- Understand the organisational implications of alternative courses of action.
- Cultivate effective stakeholder relationships within defined parameters.
- Review and check the accuracy of information and documentation.
