This is a hands-on leadership role focusing on non-clinical operations, leadership, compliance and service excellence in a regional aged care home. You will support staff, engage with residents and families, and help ensure a protected, welcoming, and high-quality environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily facility operations, budgets, compliance, and resources.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a dedicated team of staff.
Build strong, positive relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
Drive efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of care and service.

Experience in aged care, retirement living, hospitality, or operational management.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
