**Your new role**
- Actively work with the Digital and Interactive team members to deliver the always-on social, website and EDM publishing schedules, and the SEO and SEM programs, ensuring that consistent process, design systems and best practices are applied.
- Contribute to the design of omni channel digital marketing solutions for brand campaigns that meet objectives and enabling a connected customer journey. This may include building user stories, wireframes, and sitemaps in collaboration with external agencies as required.
- Undertake the curation and sourcing of insights-driven content for social media platforms, execute the publishing schedule and undertake day-to-day community engagement and moderation requirements
- Work with channel specialists to execute 'test and learn' initiatives such as A/B testing to improve user experience and performance.
- Interpret customer data and behavioural analytics and make recommendations to the team to improve the website, social media and/or EDM performance and usability.
- Support the Manager Digital Experiences in coordinating program resourcing and workflow scheduling and support budget management and reporting.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Technical skills and experience in contemporary digital marketing activities across the breadth of channels, together with content marketing for digital.
- Solid experience in social media content curation, brand-aligned community engagement and moderation, and using social media management platforms, together with excellent written skills that can be tailored to brand and platform needs.
- Contemporary knowledge of SEO and SEM, including ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Be a strong team player, with the ability to adapt, collaborate and communicate effectively to achieve outcomes
Excellent administrative and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail.
