 
        
        Key Responsibilities:
 * Lead, train, and motivate the bar and front-of-house team to deliver high-quality service
 * Manage daily bar operations, including staffing, rostering, performance management, and cash handling
 * Implement and monitor operational procedures, including service standards, reporting, and compliance
 * Oversee stock control, ordering, inventory management, and cost efficiency
 * Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, gaming regulations, food safety, and workplace health and safety
 * Manage security staff, ensuring a safe environment for guests and employees
 * Oversee gaming operations, ensuring compliance and profitability
 * Coordinate and manage entertainment, including live music, events, and promotions
 * Promote and market the venue to increase patronage and revenue
 * Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to optimise service and operational improvements
 * Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
 * Drive sales growth and maximise bar profitability
Key Requirements:
 * Proven experience in bar management or senior hospitality operations
 * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
 * Sound financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
 * Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
