About the Role
This role is based at Cornerstone College, located in Mount Barker, Adelaide Hills.
Lead a vibrant Middle School (Years 7–9) of approximately 350 students at a pivotal stage in their development.
Responsibilities
* Drive a culture of high expectations, wellbeing, and restorative practices across the Middle School.
* Provide dynamic leadership in pastoral care while building strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
* Lead data‐driven strategic initiatives for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
* Success in organisational and educational leadership, achieving goals through collaboration.
* Hat/Lead accreditation, or advanced leadership studies, is highly desirable.
* Proven experience in middle or senior school leadership.
* Experience implementing adolescent wellbeing frameworks and restorative practices.
