We are actively looking for dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to offer specialised care and support to individuals with disabilities.
Collaborate with clients to offer:
* Person-centered care to help them achieve their goals
* Support for meaningful community engagement
* Transportation and accompaniment for appointments
* Domestic assistance for home maintenance
* Meal preparation assistance
Essential Requirements:
* Passionate and driven to assist individuals with disabilities
* Able to work autonomously with integrity
* Confident, proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support level qualification
* National Police Check
* Working With Children's Check (if applicable)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid CPR
* 2 Doses of Covid-19 Vaccination or Medical Exemption Form
* A current Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable car (preferable)
