We are seeking a highly dynamic, motivated Construction Supervisor to join a highly experienced construction department, with an opportunity for the right individual to join our close-knit team of supervisors to deliver a unique and broad range of homes to the local community.

This role is based from our Geraldton office, with travel required to manage projects in the Mid-West.

The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Ensure the on-site construction process takes place in the prescribed time.
* Provide technical support to trades and suppliers
* Communicate with staff and clients in a timely and professional manner
* Control and coordinate subcontractor and material standards ensuring deliveries are as required whilst achieving minimal wastage
* Ensure that construction meets with current documentation
* Ensure construction achieves low maintenance and wastage
* Achieve monthly production and completion targets
* Work closely with the Client Liaison Officer to provide regular and accurate progress updates to clients
* Package includes work phone, company car and fuel card.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Experience in residential construction and supervisor role
* Solid understanding of various methods of construction
* Current C class driver's licence (mandatory)
* Experience assessing and managing safety hazards and ability to drive safety culture
* A good level of computer literacy
* Drive to be a team player in an open and honest environment
* Determination to deliver remarkable customer service, whilst managing multiple projects at any one time
* Outstanding attention to detail and consistent delivery of high-level finish/quality
* Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
* Extremely organised with superior time management and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently whilst being a proactive and confident decision-maker.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
