**About this role**
You'll be joining the largest public health system in Australia and contribute to a world-class health system in NSW.
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Communications, Engagement and Change Manager to lead the development of communication materials that inform and engage the research sector, industry, consumers and other stakeholders about the Program.
The position will manage stakeholder engagement and communication content delivery. It will involve designing, delivering and publishing content via various multimedia channels. You will manage the Program's external communication channels, support events, digital communications engagement, project management activities and administration support of key stakeholder working groups.
This is a key role for a motivated individual who enjoys a dynamic, fast paced environment to deliver strategic outcomes to the health sector. You will be pragmatic in your approach, display excellent teamwork and project management skills, be experienced in communicating with high level stakeholders and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
**You will have**
- Extensive experience in communicating, managing relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to engage consumers, media, community groups, and government bodies to achieve positive outcomes
- Experience in innovative content creation and management across various channels
- Demonstrated experience in understanding the communication needs of Rural, Regional and Remote Communities, Indigenous Communities, and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities
- Current knowledge of social media and digital platforms and an understanding of effective media relations and digital strategies for diverse stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to work on a range of projects and manage competing demands and make sound decisions to meet deadlines
- Experience working in healthcare, or government is an advantage
**Crown Clerk 11/12**, starting salary from $ 145,378 - $ 168,130 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week. The role works in a hybrid working environment, with 3 days per week at the office in St Leonards. Travel to rural locations will be required.

**What you'll be doing**
You will
- Managing stakeholder groups, monitor and report on deliverables and milestones in association with the R3-CTEP Program Manager and in collaboration with the Office for Health and Medical Research (OHMR) communications team and Ministry Strategic Communications
- Lead the development, delivery and evaluation activities related to the Communications, Engagement and Change requirements of the R3-CTEP Program
- Design and implement communication strategies and approaches that capture the attention of Clinical Trial stakeholders and communities to promote access to rural and remote clinical trials in line with NSW Government advertising / media policies
- Develop communication materials to execute over a range of channels including, but not limited to, Digital media, Electronic Direct Mail, website, public facing advertising and NSW Health intranets as well as working with designers to develop visual collateral
- Plan and manage events and workshops ensuring alignment with NSW Health and NSW Government policies and messaging aligns with the R3-CTEP purpose while effectively engaging diverse audiences
- Prepare high quality written reports, briefs, and correspondence to inform or respond to agency or Government requests
**About you**
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, marketing and / or significant experience in communication and change management
- Capability in engaging with consumers, media and community organisations and other government bodies to achieve positive outcomes
