Job Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries from potential clients regarding solar products and services.
Provide expert advice on solar energy solutions, system designs, and benefits to customers.
Qualify leads and effectively nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
Prepare and present customized solar proposals, quotes, and estimates for residential and commercial customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure that sales promises are delivered as per customer expectations.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth by meeting and exceeding KPIs.
Keep up to date with the latest solar technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Assist with marketing efforts, including generating content, outreach, and promotions.
Use CRM systems to manage and track sales activities and customer data.
Provide post-sale support, including helping customers navigate financing options, warranties, and rebates.
Requirements: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
Strong understanding of solar products, systems, and energy efficiency solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proven ability to qualify leads, manage the sales process, and close deals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with solar product sales or in the renewable energy sector.
