Details: This is an exciting opportunity working with a high degree of autonomy and leading a small team responsible for security and facilities related activities for the ACT Legislative Assembly.
The Office of the Legislative Assembly (OLA) is an impartial statutory agency which provides procedural and administrative advice and support to the Assembly and its committees. It is headed by the Clerk of the Assembly and is governed by the Legislative Assembly (Office of the Legislative Assembly) Act 2012.
The Manager, Security and Building Services is responsible for managing a team to provide all security and facilities related activities for the ACT Legislative Assembly including:
* Delivery of building related capital works projects, building maintenance, landscape and gardening services, strategic accommodation and office fit out as well as strategic asset management.
* Provision of security services, including daily operational security, policy management, building security, reception management, security risk management, emergency management, logistics, and the provision of Attendant services on parliamentary sitting days.

Eligibility/Other requirements: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level one security clearance.
