National Partnership Manager | Celotti Workforce | Labour Hire & Recruitment Specialists
CELOTTI Workforce is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Brisbane, with a dedicated focus on expanding our client base across the manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics sectors.
This is a key growth role for our Queensland business and offers the opportunity to make a real impact with the support of a strong internal recruitment and delivery team.
About the Role:
This position is all about partnerships, strategy, and new business. With recruitment and admin functions handled by specialist teams, you'll be free to focus on building relationships, securing new clients, and expanding our presence across industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage strong client relationships within the manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics industries
* Identify new business opportunities through cold outreach, warm leads, referrals, and networking
* Meet face-to-face with existing and prospective clients across Brisbane and surrounding regions
* Collaborate with our internal recruiters to ensure exceptional candidate delivery and client satisfaction
* Attend industry events and stay across trends in the industrial and logistics sectors
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (recruitment industry experience highly regarded)
* Knowledge of the manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics sector is a major advantage
* Confident in managing a sales pipeline and building long-term client relationships
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a high-performing team
* Current Driver's License (regional travel may be required)
Recruitment industry experience will be highly regarded but is not essential for the right candidate with transferable skills.
