About The Role
Exclusive opportunity for a Boilermaker to join our team at our Oxley site.
* Perform safe and effective maintenance and servicing of brick‐manufacturing equipment to meet production targets.
* Follow maintenance plans and weekly schedules to support plant reliability, availability and cost‐effective operation.
* Troubleshoot issues, apply trade skills, and contribute to continuous improvement and daily planning activities.
* Maintain accurate records and input required data into systems such as SAP; participate in risk assessments and toolbox talks.
* Work collaboratively with production teams and support operational and safety issue resolution.
* Uphold WHS&E responsibilities, maintain high housekeeping standards, and demonstrate accountability and strong communication.
* Maintain required competencies through ongoing training and assist in developing the skills of other maintenance team members.
What You Bring To The Role
* Proven experience as a qualified tradesperson (Boilermaker or similar maintenance trade).
* Hands‐on experience maintaining heavy industrial or manufacturing equipment.
* Demonstrated ability to follow maintenance plans, schedules, and structured work processes.
* Experience identifying hazards, applying safety controls, and working within WHS&E requirements.
* Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with production, engineering or maintenance teams.
* Previous use of maintenance systems (e.g., SAP or similar) to record work and input data.
* Experience contributing to continuous improvement, problem‐solving, and equipment reliability activities.
