As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our park.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to guests.
* Ensure seamless guest check-ins and outs.
* Efficiently use the booking system to make reservations and manage accounts.
* Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation.
* Supply guests' information regarding property and local areas of interest.
* Complete day-to-day office administration tasks.
* Develop excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests.
For success in this role, you must have:
* Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry.
* A passion for delivering outstanding Guest experiences.
* Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking Systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* An enthusiastic and positive attitude.
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
* A valid driver's license essential.
