**The Position**
You will manage your own national recruitment portfolio hiring a wide selection of permanent and casual hospitality professionals including Chefs, Cleaners, Catering Assistants, Grounds Maintenance, Trades, Housekeeping, Management and more
**The Person**
To be successful in this role we are looking for you to demonstrate:
- Recruitment/mobilisation experience, ideally in volume resourcing
- A strong sense of initiative and drive to deliver in a busy environment
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Experience in using recruitment systems (Page Up experience is ideal)
- You work well within a team and contributes to overall team strength through collaboration
- Customer focus in everything you do - People are our business and we are nothing without them
- Incredible stakeholder management skills
