About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Senior Claims Advisor with a dynamic team handling Property and Casualty insurance lines. The role involves managing complex claims, providing pragmatic advice, and advocating for clients.


Main Responsibilities

1. Claims Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of claims related to Property and Casualty insurance lines.
2. Client Support: Assist clients in navigating the claims process, including negotiation and settlement of losses.
3. Claims Guidance: Provide expert guidance to client advocate brokers on managing client expectations.
4. Expertise Demonstration: Showcase claims management expertise to clients and prospects.
5. Negotiation and Dispute Resolution: Negotiate with insurers and resolve coverage disputes.
6. Specialised Advice: Offer tailored claims advice to clients and stakeholders.
7. Reviews and Audits: Conduct or participate in claims reviews and legacy claims audits.
8. Tender Processes: Contribute to client tender processes and meet with potential clients.
9. Mentorship: Mentor junior Claims Advisors.
