About This Role
This position involves performing maintenance and repair tasks in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. The work setting will vary from agricultural to production, refrigeration, and coal-fired boiler rendering.
Key responsibilities include preventative and breakdown maintenance activities, trouble shooting issues, and working alongside the production team.
Requirements
* Certificate III in Engineering as a minimum
* Experience in Maintenance Fitter or Fitter-Mechanic role
* Strong mechanical aptitude and great diagnostics for fault finding
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent time management skills and communication skills
* FMCG or manufacturing environment experience (highly regarded)
* Beef slaughter process equipment experience (highly regarded)
