About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and proactive administrative professional to support our Chief People Officer in Brisbane. This is a dynamic role that offers exposure to executive-level activity and insight into strategic people initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a PA/EA or senior administrative support role, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organisation skills. They will be able to prioritise tasks, adapt to changing priorities and maintain confidentiality.
* Manage the Chief People Officer's diary, scheduling meetings and managing conflicting priorities.
* Prepare, coordinate and format documentation for meetings, including meeting agendas, presentations and accurate minute-taking.
* Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication channels and triaging requests where appropriate.
* Monitor workflows and flag key action items to ensure timely follow-up and progress tracking.
* Plan and coordinate meetings, training sessions, events, travel and accommodation.
* Manage expenses, billing and general administrative tasks as required.
