**About the Company**
Our large NSW State Government client are the guardians of an irreplaceable wonder. They provide interpretative information on the geological, cultural and historical background of the area.

**About the Role**
They are currently seeking an Administration Support Officer to join their team at Jenolan Caves with some flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 11-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.

Reporting to the Director, you will provide a wide range of business, coordination and administration services to support the effective operations and organisational objectives

In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties:

- Deliver professional customer service
- Answer enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
- Complete diary and travel management
- Schedule and coordinate meetings including arranging catering, equipment and overall presentation
- Preparing documentation including agenda’s, minutes, briefs, submissions, Cabinet, Ministerial and Parliamentary correspondence, action items, presentation material and reports
- Gather and collate information to support informed decision-making outcomes
- Distribution of electronic and hardcopy mail
- Manage a busy inbox
- Ordering stationery and maintaining office equipment
- Complete financial administration duties including purchase orders, invoices and receipting
- Manage and maintain asset registers
- Provide ad hoc project support as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement strategies
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following:

- Administration or Business Support experience
- Demonstrated Secretariat experience
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid analytical, decision making, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Team player with a outstanding attitude and work ethic
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
