Your Experience
You'll bring at least 3-4 years' PAE in commercial law, with strong technical skills and a commercially savvy mindset. You're enthusiastic, client-focused, and ready to take the next step in building your professional profile.
Key Work Areas
- Business sales and purchases (local through to multinational)
- Joint ventures, shareholder and partnership agreements, and structuring advice
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, terms and conditions, supply and distribution agreements
- Advising across industries and business lifecycles-from start-ups to established enterprises
