Current Salary Based on Store Grading:
Store Manage Ocean Keys : SALARY 65,000
38 HOURS PER WEEK
TUES 8am-5.45pm
WED 8.45am-5.45pm
THURS 8.45am-3pm/3pm-9.15pm rotation
FRI 8.45am-5.45pm
SAT 8.45am-5.45pm

Key duties of a store manager
* Customer Experience – shape a customer focused store experience by leading the team to drive customer engagement and bring the brand to life.
* Performance – control and meet sales and performance targets with outstanding planning and organising skills.
* Operations – have exceptional stock management skills and the ability to monitor/manage change.
* Expertise – full knowledge of the beauty market, our competitors and a passion and love for our products.
* Teamwork and People Management – outstanding communicators, confident in managing a team in accordance with the store's needs and flexible role models who successfully attract and retain people who reflect the brand.
