About the Role
Own the end-to-end performance of a new BTR asset. Lead the onsite team, oversee leasing and resident experience, and build a strong, engaged community from launch through stabilisation.
Key responsibilities
* Establish onsite operations pre‐and post‐completion
* Lead a Leasing Agent and Resident Experience team member
* Oversee leasing, handovers and ongoing property management delivery
* Act as the primary liaison to the corporate landlord
* Drive community engagement and resident retention
Skills & Experience
* Class 1 Real Estate Licence (essential)
* Strong residential property management background
* Proven experience leading and developing people
* Confident presenting and reporting to corporate stakeholders
* Commercially minded with a community‐first approach
