Responsibilities
* Lead day‐to‐day store operations and customer service.
* Support inventory, merchandising and store presentation.
* Maintain high levels of safety and food safety.
* Help drive store performance and implement promotions.
* Step up in the absence of the Store Manager.
Qualifications
* Retail or hospitality experience.
* Passion for leading and supporting teams.
* Strong communication and proactive mindset.
* Desire to take the next step into leadership.
Compensation & Benefits
* $29.51/hour + 12% super + penalties.
