Administrative Support Specialist
As a key member of our school community, you will provide high-quality administrative assistance to the Principal and Business Manager.
* Manage reception duties, handle enquiries, and schedule appointments effectively.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date school records, process correspondence, and coordinate student-related activities.
* Assist with financial tasks such as processing payments, reconciling invoices, and managing school accounts efficiently.
* Coordinate school maintenance, safety inspections, and community use of facilities.
* Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and community members to ensure seamless operations.
