We are looking for a permanent store manager whose main responsibilities will be staff and stock management. Including but not limited to:
- Staff rostering
- Task assignment during the shift
- Efficient and high quality pizza making abilities
- Managing order wait times/delivery order
- Counting and ordering stock
- Managing cold rooM/Freezer stock rotation
- Finalising cash/eftpos payments
- Dough making/management
- Arranging catering/high quantity orders
Previous experience in fast food/restaurant industry is ideal but not required. Person must be proficient in:
- People management
- Multi-tasking
- Organisation
- Preparation
- Strong under pressure
- Food safety/hygiene
- Customer service
The job will be permanent part or full time, with 30 hours in the evenings, 4-9pm Tuesday to Sunday (25 if Sunday nights are swapped/rotated with other staff) plus 6-8 hours/week making dough in the AM. Overtime for catering orders.
