We are seeking a part‐time Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist to work closely with our Principal Orthodontist, supporting her in providing high‐quality hygiene and oral health care in a fast‐paced, professional environment.
Your focus will be on:
* Providing a warm, reassuring experience for patients
* Minor orthodontic repairs, maintenance, and care
* End‐of‐treatment procedures, including removal of braces
* Patient education and explanation for correct use of appliances
* Explaining oral health techniques for long‐term oral health outcomes
* Assessing the oral health of patients including dental charting
Experience with orthodontics is welcomed but not essential—training and support will be provided for the right applicant.
Hours of Employment and Availability
* Up to 18 hours (over two days) initially, with the opportunity to increase
* Ideally available for immediate start or as soon as possible
