Job Title: Mental Health Clinician
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Infant and Child Team, providing case management, clinical assessment and intervention for infants and children (aged 0-11 years) experiencing emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties and their families.
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated professional to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality services that cater to the diverse needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families and colleagues alike.
The successful applicant will have approved tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and eligibility for membership of AHPRA or the appropriate professional body. They will also be passionate about working in a family-focused and systemic lens, valuing respect, partnership and integrity in all aspects of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide case management and clinical assessment for infants and children (aged 0-11 years) experiencing emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties and their families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Engage with clients, families and carers to provide education, support and advocacy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community services and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Approved tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and eligibility for membership of AHPRA or the appropriate professional body.
