Key Leadership Position
This strategic role drives excellence in HR systems, processes, and service delivery to support employees in their roles and contribute to the organisation's mission and values.
The incumbent will lead all Human Resources functions and initiatives across the organisation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and implementing HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Business Partnership: Provide high-level specialist advice on matters such as recruitment, remuneration, training and development, performance management, employee relations, policy development and interpretation, change management, continuous improvement, and staff wellbeing.
* Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, manage employee issues, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Learning and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance workforce capability and organisational culture.
* Organisational Development: Analyse and address organisational gaps, and develop strategies to improve overall performance.
* Project and Program Delivery: Plan, coordinate, and implement HR-related projects and programs.
* Policy, Process, and Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Data and Insights: Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to inform business decisions.
* Team Leadership and Supervision: Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
