**About Our Client**:
Our client is a well-known and respected heating, cooling and structural engineering equipment provider who operate on an international scale. They pride themselves on the highest standards when it comes to environmentally friendly quality and have a passion for customer service when promoting their brands. This role is a permanent, full-time, office-based role, located in Keysborough.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the main duties include, but are not limited to:
- Daily processing of customer sales orders using their CRM system, SAP.
- Internal liaison with logistics, warehouse, sales, and financial staff.
- Issuing credits, refunds and dealing with customer complaints.
- Maintaining and building customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service, daily.
- General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.
