The roots of our establishment date back to 2009 when we first opened our doors in Bunbury. In 2023, we expanded our presence with Benesse Busselton, setting the stage for another successful summer season.
Job Responsibilities
* We seek an exceptional individual to deliver efficient breakfast and lunch service while maintaining consistent plating to meet our high standards.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organized kitchen environment.
* They must demonstrate proficient cooking techniques and knowledge of procedures to drive operational excellence.
* Ensuring seamless kitchen operations is a key aspect of this role, requiring the ability to complete daily tasks efficiently.
* Effective communication with the front-of-house team is crucial to provide smooth service and foster a positive customer experience.
* This position also involves adhering to and completing daily and weekly cleaning tasks to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
* The selected candidate will work closely with the Head Chef, Kitchen Team, and Front of House Team to address food preparation or service issues promptly.
Requirements
* Mandatory qualifications include Certificate 3, 4, or Diploma in Commercial Cookery.
* A minimum of two years' experience in a high-volume venue similar to ours is required.
* The ideal candidate should hold a Food Handlers Supervisor Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
* Solid teamwork and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
* Candidates must be able to thrive in fast-paced environments and remain composed under pressure.
