An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Care Manager (Registered Nurse) to join a respected residential aged care provider in Mildura, Victoria.
This role is ideal for a senior clinician seeking leadership responsibility, stability, and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality aged care services within a regional setting.
Key responsibilities
* Lead clinical governance and care quality across the service
* Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation, and regulatory requirements
* Provide leadership and support to nursing and care staff
* Oversee clinical risk management, incident reporting, and documentation
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with best practice
* Work collaboratively with operational and executive leadership teams
Essential requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
* Proven experience in a Care Manager, Clinical Manager, or similar senior clinical leadership role within residential aged care
* Strong understanding of:
* Accreditation standards and compliance requirements
* Clinical governance and quality improvement
* Demonstrated people leadership and workforce engagement capability
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
Desirable
* Postgraduate qualifications in Aged Care, Health Services Management, or Leadership
* Prior experience in regional or rural aged care environments
