Customer Service & Sales Consultant

As a Customer Service & Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

- Identify customer needs and offer customized solutions to meet their requirements

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide expert advice to customers

- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the team's success

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience


About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to build rapport with customers. You should also have a drive to learn and grow, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or customer service

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and KPIs

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems
