Administrative Support Role (Emergency Department) - Temporary Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Secretary to join our team on a temporary basis. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the vital operations of a busy Emergency Department.
The successful candidate will be confident in using HealthRoster and managing rostering processes, with a sound working knowledge of Medical Officer Awards to ensure compliance in scheduling and entitlements. Experience in office administration and the ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work independently are critical.
A strong verbal communication skillset, effective planning, and a proactive problem-solving approach are also essential for success in this position.
