About the role:
12 months Parental Leave Fixed-Term contract (potential to become permanent).
OzHarvest is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Business Services team on a 12 month fixed-term parental leave contract. You'll support our mission to reduce food waste and nourish communities by providing financial administrative support and ensuring accurate transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage income from donations, grants, sponsorships, and sales through various platforms (eWAY, STRIPE, website) in Salesforce and Xero.
* Reconcile data between Xero and Salesforce and suggest process improvements for efficiency.
* Process supplier invoices, manage payments, and handle employee reimbursements via Weel
* Support OzHarvest's engagement programs' invoicing and ensure financial accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
* Knowledge of Xero, ApprovalMax and Salesforce (or similar CRM).
* Advanced MS Excel skills.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

* Ability to liaise with different stakeholders and communicate effectively
