The Position
- Management of well managed mainly residential with some mixed-use schemes - small to medium *opportunity to spice this up depending on your experience*
- Slot right in and enjoy support from a support team of 5
- Monday to Friday - After hours bonuses are to be earned if desired however not essential to do after hours. You have control of your portfolio and schedule
- Have additional support from an assistant and admin support
The Criteria
- Previous experience as a Strata manager or SNR Assistant looking to step up into a portfolio
- Strong people and customer service skills
- Can-do positive attitude enjoys working as part of a team
- Demonstrated time management ability
