Junior Operations Supervisor - Transport

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Support person to assist our Operations Supervisors. The role will be based out of our Truganina Depot.
Responsibilities
* Assisting to plan and execute runs for 25+ HC/MC drivers.
* Pro-actively monitoring to ensure on time performance to our customers.
* Assist with fleet utilization & dead leg removal.
* Ensuring all loads and information are captured and PODs returned for invoicing.
* Assisting with driver payroll.
* Booking of timeslots.
Qualifications
* Ability to work as a team & take direction, whilst able to escalate through to management when required.
* Knowledge and understanding of COR, HACCP, BFM (not essential, training can be provided).
* Previous success in Transport Operations or Transport Admin (not essential).
* Excellent communication, time management skills and multi-tasking ability.
* Ability to deal with customers both internal and external in a professional manner.
* Your own reliable transport.
