We are so excited to be working with the Isuzu IUA team again in helping them find a Sponsorship Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team in Brisbane.

**Below is a small deep dive into what this role involves**:
Sponsorship Portfolio Management: Monitor and negotiate existing sponsorship relationships to ensure maximum return on investment for Isuzu. Evaluate and propose future sponsorship and partnership opportunities, and leverage sponsor and partner relationships to enhance Isuzu's social media presence, performance, and activity. Assist in driving sponsor and partner editorial coverage in automotive and lifestyle media, and coordinate sponsor and partner vehicle requirements.

Department Support: Assist with budget management on both monthly and annual bases, ensuring all campaigns, projects, and events are within budgetary guidelines.

Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate reporting on all sponsorship activities, including performance analysis and recommendations for future relationship development.

**Skills You Possess to Be Successful at This Role**:
A minimum of 2 years of proven marketing, public relations or or coordinator experience with a demonstrated track record in coordinating sponsorships and event management.

Organisational skills are going to be key for this role

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, negotiate partnerships, and represent the organization professionally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with general project management and administration skills.

A sound understanding of marketing principles and trends, with the ability to align sponsorship efforts with the organization's overall marketing strategy.

Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently. Attention to detail is essential for successful coordination and reporting.

Strong problem-solving abilities to handle challenges and create innovative solutions. Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable sponsorship agreements.

A collaborative and cooperative approach, contributing positively to cross-functional teams and aligning with company culture and values.
