About the Role A purpose-driven, values-led organisation within the community services sector is looking for their next Workplace Relations Partner.
This is a key partnering role supporting a diverse operational portfolio, supporting leaders with day-to-day HR and ER support, case management, and workplace investigations.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this role suits an experienced HR professional who enjoys being hands-on and contributing to organisational change.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting leaders through change, and ensuring processes are upheld and valued to uphold compliance.
