APAC Transformation Director

The APAC Transformation Director will act as the primary bridge between the global Amplify Change Management program and regional business units, ensuring successful 'Go Live' readiness, adoption, and sustained benefits realization.
* Localise and execute the global change strategy for the APAC region, developing and delivering the regional change plan across key workstreams.
* Engage and align regional executives and country managers to sponsor and role-model change.
* Develop and implement regional communication and engagement plans to support local leadership.
To add value, you'll need to demonstrate:
* Proven experience in change leadership and Program Implementation, ideally in large-scale global projects.
* Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across cultures and senior stakeholders.
